Our refund policy is only applicable on cancellation prior to 24 hours of schedule or booking time. Customer can cancel the services prior to 24 hours before the schedule or booking time. If it is less than 24 hours of schedule time, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Re-scheduling the appointment

Re-scheduling the appointment as this feature is not available online or in app, so precautionary you can email us to re-schedule the appointment. The re-scheduling can be done prior to 04 hours of schedule time and can be re-schedule only for another date. Re-scheduling is not possible for the same day.
